First time home buyers
My husband and I worked with Annamaria to purchase our first house and she made the whole experience very easy and stress free. As first time home buyers, a lot of things were unknown or confusing and Annamaria did an excellent job of explaining the whole process in terms we could understand. When we first approached her about buying a house, she set-up a "real estate 101" meeting with us to explain the entire process and what we could expect. Next, as we started to look at houses we were able to leverage her extensive experience by asking about updating flooring, cabinets, fixtures etc. to get an understanding of how difficult and expensive those items would be. She would provide her honest feedback on a house and did not waste time looking at places she knew we wouldn't like. Selling/Moving up to your next home
Annamaria was very strategic in selling our home and finding us another. At no point did we feel we were aimless or without a definitive plan. We told her what we were looking for and in what neighborhoods and she made suggestions that were really helpful in terms of reseaching schools, community ammentities, etc. She was always available to show us homes and was honest with us about each home's benefits or lack thereof. When it came down to negotiation she was fantastic and communicated very clearly our terms to the selling agent and visa versa.
